Build process — your home in 3 months

Phase 1 — Ground prep & foundation

Site prep includes excavation, soil replacement with load-bearing material and compaction to required parameters. Then base layers and 0.2 mm foil with min. 20 cm overlap. Next 15 cm insulation (XPS or EPS), moisture barrier and min. Ø8 mm rebar in two layers. Side insulation of the slab (min. 5 cm) extends min. 20 cm above ground level.

Phase 2 — Concrete slab (reinforced)

Concrete C25/30 or higher (25 MPa at 28 days) distributed evenly over the rebar and vibrated. Minimum thickness 20 cm. Quality control at every step. Steel frame prefabrication starts in parallel.

Phase 3 — Steel frame, PIR panels, windows

Assembly of prefabricated steel frame on the slab (anchors, plates, bolts). Then PIR sandwich panels — continuous thermal insulation, durable connections. Finally windows and exterior doors (energy-efficient).

Phase 4 — MEP installations

Complete installation:

• Plumbing & drainage
• Electrical (wiring, panels)
• Underfloor heating
• Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
• Multi-split AC with heating (Wi-Fi control)
• Smart Home — app for heating, AC, lighting, appliances

Phase 5 — PUR insulation & finishing

PUR foam in wall cavities provides airtightness and thermal insulation. Then drywall: plasterboard or FIBO panels. Then painting (white walls and ceilings), interior doors with hardware, full bathroom (fixtures, ceramics, tiles), flooring (panels or tiles). Key handover.
